Review: Oveja Negra Bootlegger

It is HOT in Moab in the summer, and if you are riding long you need to bring all the water. I picked up a Oveja Negra direct mount Bootlegger bag. They mount to your fork and hold a nalgene, a nalgene full of ice water. Which is kind of gold in the summer.

It has a simple roll top closure and doesn’t move around at all. In fact, I leave one on all of the time and never worry about it moving around.

Now bikepacking they not only hold water, but I filled one up with my puffy coat and other odds and ends. Seriously for the $50 they cost these are just amazing.
