Review: Rivendell Mountain Works Hiphugger Waist Pack

Fanny packs are all the rage now. You can’t be a cool enduro bro without one. Maybe there is something to this fanny pack thing? So I picked up some handmade Rivendell Mountain Works Hip Huggers to try out this whole fanny pack movement.

They are awesome! Why didn’t I get one years ago? Actually I did, I started mountain biking in the late 80s with a fanny pack from EMS.   I picked up the small and large from Rivendell Mountain Works, one for mountain biking and one to run with so I can bring my camera and treats for the dogs.

The large is big enough to hold a down coat, extra gloves and my camera with room to spare. I have been using it ft biking and love it!

Extra room on the top to lash a shell down using the cool looking and functional bar bells.
