The spring is hardest time of the year on boots. I take care of my boots using Huberd’s Shoe Grease. But before you seal them, you need to get all of the mud and grit off of the boots. To do this I use Huberd’s Boot & Saddle Soap.
It’s easy, just apply some Huberd’s to a rag and wipe off the grime. Simple as can be. I have used the other kind of saddle soap that comes in a tin, I can never seem to get the right amount of water and it just a gunk moving dirt around my boots. With the Huberd’s Boot and Saddle soap it is an easy job, no mixing required.
If you like your boots, pick up some Huberd’s Boot and Saddle Soap. I am a huge fan of Huberd’s, I use their Shoe Oil on my dress boots, and Shoe Grease on all of my hiking boots.
