The Osprey Verve 7 is a hydration pack with room enough for a multi hour mountain bike ride but not too big to just head out on a short ride with.
The Verve 7 has room for a tube, tools, snack and a jacket on the inside. On the outside there is a bungee cord for lashing on that extra layer that your started out with in the morning.
The bottom of the pack features a loop for a blinky light and the top has Osprey’s LidLock helmet attachment, for carrying your helmet while not riding.
The pack has one large main compartment and one small compartment for holding your phone/glasses. That pocket is lined with a soft material perfect for not scratching your fancy glasses.
The front of the pack has what is undoubtedly the coolest feature. At least it is Laura’s favorite. The magnetic bite valve mount. You never have to fiddle with it, it just works.
On the shoulder strap there is also a pocket for gels or something similarly sized.
The fit is perfect and huge improvement over her last hydration pack. She was always fiddling with the straps on her old pack, she set this one up and has not messed with it since.
I am jealous and want the guys version.
I just stumbled onto your site while contemplating a new Osprey. Dangerous habit, buying bags.
I am stoked to see somebody else with a similar lifestyle that admits to the problem of bagaholism.
Rock on.

I definitely have an addiction to bags. I had an Osprey Raptor 10 http://robonza.blogspot.com/2010/07/review-osprey-raptor-10.html and it is was great. Somehow I lost it in my move cross country. Need to pick another one up.
Thanks for checking out the blog.
