I am a mitten wearer, when you get cold hands nothing is better. I have used pretty much every mitten known to man in the quest for warm hands. On a whim I tried the Fox River Wool Ragg Mittens.
Color me surprised. I figured this would be some sort of mediocre glove for wearing while walking to work. Nope, these are super warm, they breath really well, which is nice when you heat up on longer up hills and for $12 you will not find a warmer glove. I wear it below a OR Goretex shell when it gets really cold out. Not to mention, they are also made in the USA.
