I purchased easton wheels on 12/21. They arrived all messed up with loose axels.
So the place I ordered from took them back. Then I got another set. 01/05 With the same fucking problem.
This time, the vendor said, hey send it back to easton. Easton took over a month to warrantee a wheel that never touched the ground…
02/20 the wheel arrived FUCKING BROKEN AGAIN… I know it’s not totally Easton’s fault. But at least they could back them better. I specifically told them they were probably broken in shipping so maybe put some packing material in. Ayhow they are going to ship me another wheel direct from easton and pack the crap out of it. I am disenchanted.
