I am doing the Tour De Cure. Most of my relatives have diabetes, well they mostly have it as a result of drinking too damn much. But anyhow I am doing 100 miles on June 24th. It’ll be cool, actually it will be hot and humid, cause thats what it is like here in steel city.

I went out on the first long road ride of the year Sunday. I did 70 miles out by North Park. It was a great ride, nice roads, riding 2 across most of the time. I started to feel like crap at the 60 mile mark, I should have eaten more. Heres the route though:
