Snow is getting old… snow riding is getting old. I took the dog for some runs to get out of riding in this crap…
I used to run all the time. That pic is of my girl running the saddle rock trail in Chautaqua in Boulder. I think that is one of the harder trails to run anywhere. Running is like riding, its just that running is harder and is less fun.
Except I’ve found that running in Boulder is really fun (atleast at Chatauqua). Nothing like a little altitude addling and some rough trails to add excitement to the daily run. Of course, I was visiting from DC, and anything different from my typical urban Mall run is exciting…
I hear you! trail running in the Boulder is a beast. Pretty much everything starts by running up hill.
When I lived in DC I would ride Seneca Creek park, then run it. That was a blast.
