The description of Salt Creek in Canyonlands caught my eye and I had to give it a try. This is a good adventure ride with amazing scenery.
This is in the Needles setion, so be sure you have a full tank of gas, drinks, food, basically everything you could need. There is no cell signal and if the visitor center is open more than likely no one will be there to give you help. So have a map and plenty of water.
The trail is soft sand, super soft sand, a regular mountain bike would never make it.
You won’t see anyone, but you will have a blast. Enjoy the adventure.
Be sure to top off your sealant, because it is a goat head party.
