My 2015 Salsa Horsethief Carbon 1 came with a Rock Shox Revelation RCT3 Ultimate shock which included a Maxle Lite which is honestly not a very good design.
The problem is that the thin wall of the collar just bends way too much. It’s basically junk. Enter the Maxle Ultimate. A much better design with easy adjustment. You should buy one .

Hey John – I think it says on the chain reaction page that they have the wrong photo and that is the maxle standard pictured not the maxle light. Regardless I am with you, the one that came on my bike is not so good, but the ultimate sure is nice!
