I picked up the PDW Takeout Rack a few months ago and really like it. It is a great design and has come in super handy. While I live in the mountains I work down in town. I leave a bike in my office and run errands/get lunch all by bike. But I don’t want to carry a backpack. The PDW Takeout Rack is the perfect side for carrying what you need on a quick ride.
It has a built in holder for a U-Lock. It includes one piece of Velcro, but I use a second to keep it from rattling around too much.
There is a threaded mountfor a headlight.
The included bag is waterproof with a roll top closure.
It attaches to your bars with a burly clamp and has an optional stabilizer, which I use.
So it works great and it looks great. What is not to like?
