I have cold hands and am  always on the lookout for a good pair of mittens. But you are saying “Joe this is a review for gloves not mittens”. And you are right, I saw these Yeti gloves from Black Diamond and wanted to give them a try. They are GREAT. (read that in a Tony the Tiger voice)<\/p>\n

The fleece is super thick and really retains heat.<\/p>\n

The leather palm and finger tips keep the glove from wearing out and provide grip. I wear these hiking and mountain biking. I can shift and brake on the fat bike, and even use all the buttons on my camera with these on.  And the finger tips are touch screen compatible.<\/p>\n

When it is really cold out I put a pair of over gloves on. I used this setup on a hike in RMNP up above treeline in dumping snow and it was perfect.<\/p>\n

They are super warm and durable. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a warm glove, or as part of a glove system.<\/p>\n
