I mean really cold hands and feet. Or I used to.<\/p>\n<p>I think I am good on gloves, I use the Craft Tempest Gloves when its above 40.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.craft-usa.com\/products\/images_anc\/193551_2999.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 255px; height: 245px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.craft-usa.com\/products\/images_anc\/193551_2999.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>When its below 40 and above 25 I wear Craft Split Finger (aka the lobster claw)<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.craft-usa.com\/products\/images_anc\/193541_2999.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 255px; height: 245px;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.craft-usa.com\/products\/images_anc\/193541_2999.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>When its below 25 I wear straight up mountaineering mitts. I use some REI Primaloft mittens.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_Jz4f840sc_c\/R30md3rw9tI\/AAAAAAAAAgo\/B8KlM3WGtRI\/s1600\/478311.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 220px; height: 220px;\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/_Jz4f840sc_c\/R30md3rw9tI\/AAAAAAAAAgo\/B8KlM3WGtRI\/s1600\/478311.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/>So for my feet, over the last few years I wore Sidetrak Shoe Covers (get them from <a href=\"http:\/\/excelsports.com\/\">Excel<\/a>, my last pair lasted 10 years and were a hand-me-down from a buddy) over top of Diadora Chili Extreme winter mtn bike shoes.<br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_Jz4f840sc_c\/RaVCQgUQ0oI\/AAAAAAAAADM\/BXeSi_Y187o\/s320\/IMGP1829.JPG\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 0px auto 10px; display: block; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/_Jz4f840sc_c\/RaVCQgUQ0oI\/AAAAAAAAADM\/BXeSi_Y187o\/s320\/IMGP1829.JPG\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>These <a href=\"http:\/\/robonza.blogspot.com\/2007\/01\/review-diadora-chili-extreme-winter.html\">diadora shoes<\/a> are really nice, they keep your feet warm, they have a gaiter built in to keep the snow\/cold out and the warmth in. I actually have no complaints about the shoes. But they are starting to wear out, I do commute in them daily throughout the winter.<\/p>\n<p>I probably could have gotten another winter out of them, but I happened on a crazy insane deal on Shimano Winter Bike shoes (SH-MW02). They were $50 at Conte&#8217;s in Ballston, VA.<\/p>\n<p>They are a  bit more substantial than the Diadora&#8217;s. You have to dremel away part of the lug by the cleat.
