So two weeks ago I thought I’d do Andrew’s Glacier in February. It is a great hike, not crowded and beautiful. The hardest part is actually the ridge below Andrew’s Tarn. Unfortunately the glacier was really wind loaded when I went and the Colorado Avalanche Info Center warned against that. So I bailed. But it looks so nice… I went after work two weeks later for a great backpacking trip.<\/p>\n
