 I have been looking for something like these forever. A long ling time ago I bought something similar which was great but no longer made. Unfortunately they have been stolen by my wife. You don’t always want to carry a huge mountaineering mitt just to wear on the descents. Thin glove covers to keep your hands warm on cold days when a huge overmitt  would be too much, leading to cold sweaty hands. <\/p>\n

Sometimes you are out on the trail and you need just a touch more warmth, usually on the descent or when you are making that final push above treeline. And the CAMP Windmit’n is made for this.<\/p>\n

The fit in a small built in pocket, and weigh less than one ounce. I throw them in camelback riding or in my pack while out hiking.<\/p>\n

Seriously these are great and I am glad someone is making them. Just a word of caution, these are lightweight so if you are going to be scrambling on rock or something else abrasive I would not wear them. Since that is not what they are designed for, don’t worry about it. <\/p>\n
