I have owned the Burley Nomad trailer<\/a> for years now. I really like it. I use it for trips around town, touring, etc. Which is why when it came time to get a trailer to leave at the beach I now also own a Burley Flatbed trailer. <\/p>\n

When we go on vacation we try to go car free. I have nothing against cars, in fact I think they are awesome and drive one everyday to work. But when I’m not at home…  I wanted something to carry groceries, beach chairs, anything I wanted to carry really.<\/p>\n

With a flat cart and two straps to hold your cargo down you can fit anything. For your grocery hauling you need to use those reusable bags, a cooler or something to keep everything in the cart. That is a bit easier task for the Nomad since it has sides and a top. But In a crazy sandy place like the beach this is a better choice.<\/p>\n

The Burley Flatbed excels at those weird odd loads. For instance beach chairs, a cooler, bags and an umbrella.<\/p>\n

The flatbed folds flat easily, with quick release wheels, snap in sides and a foldable attachment arm.<\/p>\n

It attaches with an aluminum mount that fits on qr or bolt on wheels. And goes on and off in about 10 seconds.<\/p>\n
